The next yoga term starts Monday 20th February. Some classes are full, please check with us before you join us.
Here is a list with the classes we offer:
Mondays 9.30-10.30m (beginners) at Grantham Tennis Club
Mondays 7.30-8.30pm (yoga for men) at Grantham Tennis Club (fully booked, waiting list in operation)
Tuesdays 10-11am at Belton Avenue Community Center (fully booked, waiting list in operation)
Tuesdays 6-7pm (all levels) at the Scouts Hut near Living Health (two places available)
Tuesdays 7-8pm (all levels) at the Scouts Hut near Living Health (three places available)
Wednesdays 6-7pm (all levels) at the Memorial Hall In Great Gonerby
Thursdays 6.35-7.35pm (gentle yoga) at Grantham Museum
Thursdays 7.35-8.35pm (power yoga- all levels, beginners welcome) at Grantham Museum
Fridays 10-11am (beginners) at the Scouts Hut Near Living Health (two places available)
The new classes are:
Yoga for men on Mondays. As this class is fully booked we could open a second session in the week. Just let us know and we will announce more details soon.
Beginners yoga on Mondays at the Tennis Club.
Power yoga on Thursdays: an excellent class for active, sports oriented people. It is now open to beginners- please check with us if this is suitable for you. A vinyasa (dynamic) class.
This term is six weeks long. Cost: £30/term or £6.50 for pay as you go.
